Perilous Landings vzw is based in Belgium providing video production services and create multimedia content for distribution on CD-ROM, DVD, Blue-ray and the web. We can also produce for broadcast and exhibition. Perilous Landings vzw make low budget films for cultural and historical groups at community level. "Precious Legends" only charge expenses and equipment costs to a project and a small percentage to help fund Perilous Landings vzw.This allows us to offer an affordable "production house" facility to the smaller and budget restrained organisations and community groups.We combine our artistic and technical skills to produce a product that makes good business sense for your needs. Each project that we complete is unique to the client.
Precious Legends -producties realiseren low-budget videofilms voor culturele en/of historische doeleinden. Het productiehuis vraagt een vergoeding voor algemene onkosten, gebruik en afschrijving van materiaal en een bijdrage voor de vzw. “ Perilous Landings Fonds ". De opnames geschieden met professioneel materiaal en worden nadien gemonteerd, gesonoriseerd en op DVD afgeleverd, dit alles voor een laag budget. Precious Legends is de Vlaamse afdeling waarbij vooral gefocust wordt op het culturele erfgoed van dorpen en steden in ons gewest. Tevens worden er opnames gerealiseerd van concerten, optredens, manifestaties, kooroptredens, e.d.m. Ook het aanmaken van promotiefilms behoort tot onze mogelijkheden.

When the starting gun goes off for the Clipper 09-10 Round the World Yacht Race on 13 September 2009 the fleet of ten stripped down 68-foot racing yachts will embark on a full circumnavigation of the globe. It will be almost a year before they return on 17 July 2010. My daughter Barbara Grant will be one of them. She sails in the Qingdao her duties will include media, sail mending and working in the “snack pit”.
Qingdao’s participation in the Clipper Race was instrumental in the city’s emergence as a world class sailing venue and helped secure the rights to stage the sailing events of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
